As an Integral Technology Solutions founder, Cameron Tuesley is an innovative entrepreneur, with strong business management acumen combined with extensive IT experience. Over the past 14 years, under his leadership, Integral has become a market leader when it comes to delivering innovative and complex IT solutions for large corporates.
While Cameron still works on select complex technical projects with clients, he is passionate about mentoring young people in IT and exploring sustainable engineering. These passions collide in the TeamArrow project. Creating a solar car that raced in the World Solar Challenge in the Northern Territory, and being the first Australian car to cross the finish line, was an outstanding feat for the small team.
His focus at Integral is to continue growing the strong and skilled team nationally opening further opportunities to deliver complex IT solutions while fostering sustainability and young talent in the industry.
Prior to forming Integral, Cameron was the Asia Pacific integration product Ambassador for BEA Systems, responsible for leading solution delivery and providing technical guidance to some of BEA’s largest integration customers in Asia Pacific.
As a People Culture & Capability Manager, Kate develops and manages client relationships through effective account management and is an initial point of contact for our clients. She invests significant time in account management, business development, proposal and tender preparation and managing our client service contracts. Kate also manages our human resources, from contractors to permanent staff sourcing and recruitment.
Throughout her career, Kate has built a reputation of delivering exceptional customer service to her clients. She believes that good Account Management begins and ends with building a level of trust with her clients, adding value to the relationship and most importantly, being willing to take responsibility if things go wrong…and then find someone who can fix it. At Integral, she is an essential part of the business, she keeps the business humming.
Prior to joining Integral, Kate spent 12 years in the IT recruitment industry, working in the UK and Australia for PwC, Accenture and Manpower. While in recruitment Kate worked in diverse roles from Consultant to State Manager, and in her final role with Manpower, as National Operations Manager of their Professional division, encompassing IT, Accounting, Engineering and HR Recruitment. This broad range of roles and responsibilities has given her an in-depth understanding of both business operations and sales management.
Michael Croker is Director Southern Region at Integral. Michael is a responsible for Integral operations in our Southern States, particularly our people, our clients and our engagements. Michael is adept at establishing long term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality outcomes from the Integral team.
Michael has extensive experience in the consulting professional services sector and in managing sales, operational teams and associated functions. He has a depth of consulting experience in many sectors including in health, government, financial services, telecommunications, utilities, oil and gas, aviation, defence sectors and higher education. Michael’s consulting experience includes process re-engineering, strategic planning, and organisation transformation as well as due diligence reviews,
Prior to joining Integral Michael has 25 years’ experience in the IT and consulting sector working in regions across Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, USA and Europe.
Michael is passionate about empowering people and building teams through strong culture and a total focus on delivering high quality client outcomes.
In his role as the National Practice Manager for Technical Services, Warwick Sweeney manages a large team of IT professionals dispersed across Queensland and Victoria. His scope of work is demanding but also incredibly rewarding. Working closely with his team, Warwick delivers complex IT outcomes and solutions to major private and public sector clients.
With over 20 years’ experience, Warwick has worked in diverse roles ranging from operations management, project and program management, organisational restructures and strategic planning. Warwick’s natural leadership skills come to the fore on multifaceted projects. He doesn’t shy away from responsibility but always involves his team in creating collaborative and innovative solutions. By taking business problems and providing IT solutions via Integral’s full application life cycle delivery, Warwick’s team provides enterprise and solution architecture, software application and development and system integration works. They are also heavily involved with Integral’s information management practice, providing full lifecycle information management capabilities. As such, Warwick and his team are behind many of our award-winning projects and are an asset to each client.
His recent work includes the award winning Griffith University’s Improving the Student Experience program and the delivery of the National ITS Architecture for Austroads.
As the National Practice Manager for Project Management Practice, Vicki Daniel brings to the team over 30 years’ experience in business and change management. Having worked across a variety of sectors including finance, energy, mining oil and gas, healthcare and retail, Vicki relishes the opportunity to work in diverse business environments. Her pragmatic attitude allows her to bring focus and solution to complex programs that are under pressure or operating in challenging business environments.
Over her extensive career, she has partnered with executives to plan and deliver critical programs, major technology investments and business reform programs. Some of her successful projects include new ventures, regulatory and workplace changes and new product launches. Additionally, Vicki also provides support for executives during strategic and operational planning, allowing for business growth in a steady and sustainable manner.
As the practice manager, Vicki leads a team of highly experienced professionals that achieve successful outcomes for complex initiatives. PMP delivers programs that have been established through rigorous business analysis and are then delivered through structured yet practical program and project management.
Elliott Caldwell is an IT professional with over 15 years of Technology Testing and Project Management Practice experience. He has worked in both government and private sectors across a broad range of industries, applications and development methodologies.
Elliott has very strong management and leadership skills, and has extensive experience in Service Delivery, Test Management, Test Strategy, Test Process Improvement, Non-Functional Test Strategy and Test Tool Evaluation, as well as Training and Auditing. Elliott’s strong business background and experience help him to liaise between the client’s business and test divisions and deliver quality solutions.
Cameron Locke is one of our Principal Consultants who has a proven track record in the design, delivery and support of large scale, technically challenged integration initiatives. He has 10+ years in various industry sectors ranging from Higher Education, Financial Services, Travel, Utilities and Transport.
He specialises in helping organisations develop technology architectures and technical solutions that support their business goals. He operates between the business and technology areas in an organisation to achieve this.
Cameron has proven experience in the design and development of scalable, customer focused, JEE applications. He has extensive enterprise integration and object oriented design/development experience using iterative style methodologies. Cameron thrives at working as part of a team and has proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating other staff to achieve project objectives. He is an effective communicator at all levels within an organisation, with good problem solving and analytical skills. His customer skills enable him to clearly articulate specific issues and potential solutions that comply with customer need.
David Mason is a versatile and successful delivery manager with a depth of program and project management experience across a number of sectors, including manufacturing and finance. He is recognised for his comprehensive expertise in project delivery and project management methodology, and a ‘safe pair of hands’ reputation who works closely with team members to achieve controlled business outcomes.
David has seasoned project management skills across both technology and business projects and a strong exposure to business processes and operating models. He is a natural people leader who develops excellent relationships through empathy, understanding, trust and exceptional communication skills. He is recognised as a calming influence in times of stress with a considered reflective approach to problem solving that resolves issues in a non-confrontational manner, thereby further deepening trust and cohesion.
Over the past few years, David has been working closely with the Suncorp Group on a variety of complex projects, the latest being a project that transitioned a large and intricate part of the commercial claims from multiple business processes and systems to a centralised platform. In addition to Suncorp, and amongst other projects, David has worked on the Queensland Government’s Department of Transport and Main Roads 131940 website issues resolution.
Bernadette Greenock is experienced in Project Management Practice including use of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. She has 20+ years demonstrated experience in delivering small, medium and large complex projects.
Bernadette has nearly 10 year’s experience in delivering projects with an emphasis on Infrastructure components covering Citrix, Middleware, Midrange, Microsoft, Data Networks, Storage, Database and Telephony initiatives, for many lines of business within a variety of sectors, though recently, the Insurance and Banking industries. She has a proven ability to deliver quality project outcomes. Bernadette has a successful record of developing and maintaining sound customer and stakeholder relationships.
Steven Collett is an experienced IT professional with a proven track record in the delivery of technically challenging, high-profile projects. With over fifteen years in the industry, Steven has played a key role in numerous architecture development and consultancy roles with large government based organisations in a variety of industry sectors across New Zealand, the UK and Australia.
Steven has proven experience in the design and development of scalable, customer focused, JEE applications using JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic JEE/J2EE Application Servers together with Apache Tomcat and Jetty servlet containers. He also has extensive experience in the adoption and development of Service Orientated Architectures using a variety of Enterprise Service Busses such as Mule, Fuse and OSB. In addition, he has significant experience in performance tuning/testing applications and is frequently involved in fixing performance issues with large enterprise systems.
As an experienced IT professional with over 15 years’ experience, Shane Hughes has a proven track record in delivering technically challenging, high-profile projects. He has played a key role in numerous architecture, development and consultancy roles across large government organisations, banking and finance, tourism, travel and transport, education, telecommunications and health and human services sectors.
Shane has a passion for end-to-end project delivery and a well-regarded, cross-functional, multi-discipline skill set to match. He has proven experience in the design and development of scalable, customer focused applications built on a variety of enterprise class platforms. Having spent significant time on-site leading large enterprise projects, he’s utilised a range of implementation frameworks including JEE and Spring in the Java space, and MVC4 and WebApi in the C# arena. Projects have included the UX design, development, deployment and ongoing management of both mobile and web application platforms.
Most recently and amongst other projects, Shane has worked on the award winning Griffith University Online Enrolment experience and the Department of Transport and Main Roads 131940 website delivering an easy to navigate source of traffic and road event information for road users.
Nicholas Xecanas is General Manager, Services at Integral and is responsible for the Consulting Services Division. He works closely with his management team to ensure the Division’s smooth operations, providing leadership and resources as required. Implementing and guiding the strategic plan, Nicholas builds and maintains Integral’s reputation in the national marketplace. He continuously seeks opportunities to evolve the business, ensuring it remains current with customer needs and market trends. His experience spans 25+ years in delivering outcomes and solutions to major private and public sector clients across a number of industry sectors including EPCM, banking and finance, transport, healthcare and utilities sectors.
Prior to joining Integral, Nicholas worked in diverse roles ranging from operations management, project/program management, organisational restructures and strategic planning. As an energetic, business-focused IT professional, his special interests are general management and emerging technologies.
His recent work includes infrastructure project management for Bechtel and consulting to Queensland Government’s Department of Transport and Main Roads.
