Innovation is a core value of the Integral business and the unusual vehicle on the cover is a practical example of the way we work.
From a standing start and in just over 12 months, the Integral led team exceeded all expectations. This complex vehicle, the Arrow1, sat on pole position for the 2013 World Solar Challenge in what was our first ever race. It outperformed 41 other teams from all over the planet including world class institutions like Stanford and Cambridge Universities. It lapped cars from teams with 40 times the budget, 10 times more team members and junior F1 drivers behind the wheel. It travelled at 126kph using nothing but the sun for power.
This is what we do for a hobby. Imagine what we could do for your business…
“No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted”
Most days at Integral, our people are involved in solving technical issues or enabling benefits to be realised for clients. This does not mean that we don’t have a sense of community. We do this by regularly donating to several charities and causes. Our recipients include Cerebral Palsy League, Special Children’s Christmas Party and long standing relationship (5+ years) with the “Cobodo” Pink Breakfast. Staff are encouraged to suggest others from time to time, which we also support. We don’t like to make a big deal about this, we just like to get on with it.
