Our People

Integral success is built on the technical capability, flexibility and responsibility of our people - our most important and valuable asset. It’s their skill and commitment that help us to successfully deliver complex IT initiatives.

We currently have around 30 specialist staff working across Australia on a range of IT projects.

Cameron Tuesley is the founding director of Integral. He is a focused leader who specialises in managing and leading teams of technology professionals as well as providing high level architectural direction around middleware projects using EAI, SOA and BPEL / BPM.

Prior to forming Integral, Cameron worked for five years as a Senior Software Engineer for BEA Systems, responsible for architecting and providing technical guidance to some of BEA’s largest integration customers. He was awarded “BEA Presales Engineer of the Year” for Asia Pacific in 2001. He held the position of Integration Ambassador for BEA Systems in South Asia for three years and has presented at conferences on this topic in Sydney, Melbourne, New Orleans and Paris.

Nicholas Xecanas is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years experience in delivering outcomes and solutions to major private and public sector clients primarily in the banking and finance, transport, healthcare and utilities sectors. Nicholas has worked in diverse roles ranging from operations management, project/program management, organisational restructures, strategic planning and business analysis. As an energetic, business-focused IT professional, Nicholas’ special interests are general management and emerging technologies. His recent work includes management of the redevelopment of the Queensland Government 131940.qld.gov.au website, IT Program Management for Suncorp/Promina (Brisbane) call centre migration to VOIP and IT Project Management for ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) and change management and process improvements for the Royal Bank of Scotland (Edinburgh, UK).

Kevin Powe is a Senior Consultant with Integral, and has been with Integral since its foundation in 2001. He has spent the last eight years working with Oracle (BEA) products and solutions, both in the Tuxedo and WebLogic families and has strong software development and communication skills.

Kevin has worked in Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Australia on telecommunication, banking and travel projects, using Tuxedo and WebLogic. He has a strong understanding of the Oracle suite and has led project implementations using WebLogic, WebLogic Integration and WebLogic Portal. He is currently the lead developer for the Integral Isis product.

Warwick Sweeney has over 15 years experience in delivering outcomes and solutions to major private and public sector clients, primarily in Health and Human Services, Engineering and Transportation. Warwick has worked in diverse roles ranging from operations management, project and program management, organisational restructures and strategic planning. As an energetic, business-focused IT professional, Warwick’s special interests are general management and emerging technologies. His recent work includes the State Manager’s role for Hyro where he was responsible for delivery and sales management

David Mason is a versatile and successful delivery manager with a depth of program and project management experience across a number of sectors including Manufacturing and Finance. He is recognised for his in-depth experience in project delivery and project management methodology as well as having a reputation as a deliverer who works closely with team members to achieve controlled business outcomes. David has seasoned project management skills across both technology and business projects and a strong exposure to business processes and operating models.

Kate Boylan joined Integral as National Business Development Manager in April 2009. At Integral this role encompasses developing and managing client relationships through effective account management, being an initial point of contact for our clients as well as resource management and contract administration.

Prior to joining Integral, Kate spent 12 years in the IT recruitment industry, working in the UK and Australia for PwC, Accenture and Manpower. While in recruitment Kate worked in diverse roles from Consultant to State Manager and in her final role with Manpower as National Operations Manager of their Professional division encompassing IT, Accounting, Engineering and HR Recruitment. This broad range of roles and responsibilities has given her an in-depth understanding of both business operations and sales management. Throughout her career, Kate has built a reputation of delivering exceptional customer service to her clients.
